Description:
Aromatherapy is the use of pure plant essential oils to promote health and balance in body, mind and spirit. The use of aromatherapy is proven scientifically to reduce stress, heal, and relieve pain and tension. This workshop will teach about the benefits of the use of aromatherapy (specifically in the classroom) in an effort to reduce stress levels and promote healthy teachers. Fellows will experience different aromas, as well as learn about ways to use other alternative medicines in companion with aromatherapy to promote wellness and health.
