We will play out several scenarios you are guaranteed to encounter in your class. I will show you how to handle problem students without interrupting your teaching. Every teacher’s nightmare, the parent that says “not my child”…learn the perfect defense! This workshop will benefit all high school teachers. Not a lecture!

Presenter Details:
Stephanie Wallace is a Kappa Delta Pi and Teaching Fellows graduate of UNCG, class of 2000. She has been teaching English at East Forsyth High School for ten years. Stephanie is a National Board Certified teacher who is involved in many aspects of education. She serves as the President of the Forsyth Association of Teachers of English and on the Executive Board for the Forsyth Association of Educators. Stephanie was the 2005 North Carolina Association of Educators’ Teaching Excellence award winner and NEA finalist. Last, but by no means least, she is a wife and mother of two.
