Description:
This workshop will give Fellows a first hand account/experience of my own first few years of teaching. It will encourage them to think of the first day, what to do during the summer to prepare, what do expect from parents, how to handle sticky situation, how manage time wisely...etc.    This workshop is designed to give advice that is never mentioned in a college classroom.

Presenter Details:
Nishelle V. Caudill is an alumna of Western Carolina University and The Teaching Fellows Program, entering class of 2oo2. She has been very active in the program ranging from 6 trips on a Discovery bus to facilitating Junior and Senior Conferences in 2008. In the past Nishelle has served as a Writing Specialist and filled an interim position in the second grade.
